All communication with the students were done through two WhatsApp groups with about 170 students combined.

After the sessions, the students were encouraged to upload their new Arduino creations to *ShowCase.

The Posters were designed by Ravindu Liyanage and the Videos were edited by Barana Karunamuni, Ashan Induwara, Dinuka Krishan, Methuka Artigala, Sashane Fernando.

The recording camera and audio equipment were provided and handled by Pasanjith Thanthiriwattege.
